Snotty, runny noses coupled with nasty allergies are a common occurrence in this household especially in the morning. The little one gets it, the hubby does too. And If there was a category in the Guinness book world of record for most sneezes in a day, I would have  filled that spot very easily. And as you know, a single sneeze begets you know what, right? Imagine it 10x more. Unfortunately, ole reliable tissues has become more of a nemesis by aggravating my sneezing fit every time I used them with all that little floaties tickling my nose like dandelion daisies!

Then of course, there’s my daughters’ dry, unrelenting snotties that seem to require five of her fingers to budge it. Regular tissue just don’t cut it! So hubby being the Saline freak would always tell my daughter & I to “saline this” and “saline that”! Made me wish there was a better way of doing it because I hated the nasal spray.

So imagine my delight when friends from Boogie Wipes offered me a sample of their wipes. I immediately said yes when I saw that their wipes’ main ingredient is natural SALINE! I just have to try it. They sent me a regular pack of grape scented wipes for little noses and one with magic menthol scent with minty vapors which is great for stuffy noises (which my hubby gets in the morning).

My daughter instantly fell in love with the wipes and literally devoured them as soon as it was opened. She loved the grapey scent and moreso, the convenience of sticking it inside her little nosey to clean her crazy snotties. And not only these, she had found other uses for it like cleaning her hands or simply smoothing them over her arms so she’ll smell like grapes!

On the other hand, the minty wipes works great for me especially after an endless bout of sneezes. The menthol gives me that soothing effect and my nostrils just loved it! And with the colder weather coming in along with the nasty flu season, these minty wipes will definitely be the best handy companion for your nose when on the run! (no pun intended of course). One trick I found very useful with the grape scented wipes were to clean my eyeglass with it and it worked wonders! Not only did it clean my eyeglass with natural saline, it also made it smelling fruity! Loved it! Now that’s ingenious.
